The Toureg is the worst suv ever made. I own one and regret buying it. Try returning via Lemon Laws to Germany, LOL. They fight it to the end. Electrical is horrendous, the rods need replacement every 4 years or 24K miles. The brakes suck. The only positive is its a tank front end wise if you get into ana accident. The worst vehicle I have ever owned. My Porsche Carrerra was so much better.
