It seems, but I’ll give them the benefit of doubt that several highly knowledgeable omnipotent geologist on this board seem to fail to Consider the evolutionary history of the Canadian Shield and the Sudbury impact zone and the huge melt sheet that resulted and which has allowed all mineral and gold deposits to be spread in unusual and (not textbook educated ways). Ways that are not consistent with typical volcanism and magma flows. The massive event which took place 1.8 billion years ago changed everything normal. Also remember the gigantic melt sheet was a direct result of the impact causing syngenetic deposits that owe their existence directly to the impact process. Game changer in laying down gold deposits in the so-called normal academic educated way. IMO
