Gary, I remember you suggested DCVax Direct and L together in combination theraphy. I believe those are brilliant ideas and safe to the patients. Some patients with tumors already spreaded in multiple locations may have the most benefit of the combination theraphy applied. Some patients were already too sick in the beginning so surgery would even weaken the patients considerably, applying Direct first seemed very wise until the patients were strong enough to have the solid tumors operated/removed and subsequently the DCVax-L can be made for the patients.
