it's a good observation and will see what happens tomorrow. They were required to file by 11/15. They filed a notification of late filing Form 12b on 11/15. That gave them 5 additonal days. Those days have passed and an the "e" was added. On 11/27 they PR'd why they are still late. They are doing what is required to be in complaince with the SEC so a halt is very unlikley imo.
