labdrinker: I have been looking into it and do not know why. The "e" gets dropped once the are in compliance with the SEC. My Schwab account shows the closing but no info for either CBAY or CBAYE. Yahoo shows info for CBAYE as does www.quote.com and www.pinksheets.com. Technically I think their 5 days are up but they might have gotten an extension since they did file, but the SEC sent it back asking for additional information.
