Worth revisiting this piece of DD back in August.

Some Key Points from the Korean Investor:

1. At the end of the six-month restriction period (April 2020) after the US listing, Saean will successfully move to Nasdaq.

2. All administrative tasks for listing in the US have been processed and the swap is in the progress.

3. We have established functional subsidiaries in Japan and the United States.

4. Cooperation with the president of Research and Securities Cable Broadcasting, close associates, and major investment firms in the Eastern United States that will support Saean after listing in the US has already been completed.

5. Large investments in the U.S. listing will be finalized in September.

6. Hydrogen energy technology, the most important puzzle of shooting through global investment after $3 is reached and stock is listed in Nasdaq.

7. The progress of the two technologies (solid hydrogen and materials) that will be carried out with Saean in the form of JVC after the development and verification on our side, which will be independently parallel to the HydroLPG (Saean's EV technology). We will submit patent applications at the same time, and we are confident that this proven technology will give us a unique global advantage.

8. To go to $3 per share after listing in the US, it may take a certain amount of trading to get to $ 3 per share. If we proceed with this plan, we expect to meet the $3 requirement easily by buying shares from the small shareholders at the expense of the sale volume (from open market).
