The “actual” (not km) for the second group of 149 patients is likely 47. That would be 31.5% for that blended arm. More than twice the expected survival of a SOC group. If unblinded, the treatment arm could be near 40%. If the placebo group underperformed at 36 months, then the treatment group could be into the forties (percent) at 36 months.
