I really thought Sahara was their showroom goal. All other dealerships and Tesla right there also.
But just off of the South end of the strip seems good also. Easy access to all electronics and EV shows.
They will most likely need to do the same dealer showroom model as Tesla does. Manufacturer owned Dealer/Showroom. In order to get around current laws. Tesla has had to battle in many states for the right to sell their vehicles. Nevada is a bit easier.
