Wrong..no new filings with either SOS or OTC that I can see.
The last filing on OTC was in December 2015.. neary 4 years ago.
The last filing made with the Wyoming SOS was on 7/31/19. It removed Eddie's joke of a president/CEO/owner --William Lee Miller-- and reinstated himself (Eddie) as president of SUTI. Miller's only qualification was being a pal to the ex-CEO of both PRPM and then SUTI-- convicted felon/ thief Luther R. Jeffries.
Luther had a long history of moving between S. Glens Falls, NY and the Stuart Fl area. Jeffries and Miller were friends on Facebook. Back in 2017 Miller described himself as vendor at the B&A Flea Market in Stuart (few miles from where Luther overdosed and died at age 47 in Oct 2017). He is currently self employed dba "The Tool Man" at "The Trading Post" flea market in Okeechobee, Florida.

SUTI's most recent President & CEO until July 2019
Evidence discovered on Reddit in the days after his death proved Luther had been secretly crafting SUTI's next big deal-- i.e. a cure for the nation's opioid crisis. However, the scam never happened because Miller was merely a willing front man. By law convicted felon Luther couldn't be an officer, director or control person of a public company. Despite knowing this Eddie once again filed a notice with the SOS naming Luther as "President of MARIJUANA VENTURE CAPITAL (MJVC) INC. The document can be found today on SUTI's SOS "History"--
2018 Amended Annual Report - 02969264 Date: 08/16/2017 again naming Luther Jeffries (aka Jeffreys) as President of MJVC (aka SUTI)
Filing made the next day wherein Eddie pretended to resign as president of SUTI and named Miller to the office
Millers phone and email address still appear on SUTI's OTC "company profile" page-->
