Another sighting of SUTI's new "President"??
While checking Google Images for "B&A Flea Market" turned up this. Not sure if it's Miller or just a really close doppelganger. You decide.
IMO it rather looks like the same guy "William Miller" who's "Friends" with Luther Jeffries on Facebook. He appears to be wearing a similar tan "B&A"-type cap. Can't tell if he has a silver earring or not. The B&A web page it's on seems to feature people who appear to be vendors and whom, I assume, were OK with their use.

William Lee Miller aka "Trader Bill" is actually a "vendor" at the B&A Flea Market in Stuart, FL.
Friend/ buddy/ pal of ex-CEO/ ex-con Luther R. Jeffries
Reportedly/ allegedly the new product to be sold via SUTI was to be
"Kratom" (i.e. Mitragyna speciosa)
An as yet unregulated yet addictive substance with serious side effects- including death.
