How strong is the evidence that the [CpAM + nuke] combo will ultimately lead to a functional cure?

For the first-generation drug (ABI-H0731), I'd say the evidence, such as it is, points in the opposite direction. For the second-generation drug (ABI-H2158), it’s too soon to say.
