TVOG big closing of infrastructure deal conference call tomorrow. The new CEO said a while ago he would not put out any info or have a call unless they have a done deal and Form 10 ready to go.

Having talked to him a few times, I know he would not have this call unless their recently announced LOI with American Parking control was complete.

It ran to .012 recently with the LOI, should do 2 cents imo when then announce the closing.
