In response to my request to Nick for a followup on today's 8-k, he sent me the following and said I was free to post it on IH:

"Alvie,

Resigning from the board gives potential lenders more confidence. We all know I’m a better sales/marketing person than I am CEO/Chairman. (Here come the insults and jokes)

Giving back my options allows the company to raise money with less dilution for shareholders. It’s already been well received. I’m pleased with this decision.

Focusing my attention on developing new business is what the board and Ryan our new CEO wants me to do, including me. Locations, new structure for franchise sales and international licensing the main focus.

Having an independent board making good decisions for the shareholders is in everybody’s best interest also. I really like this board we have put together and like who we are talking to for possible future seats.
