Why the hell would Apple or anyone else use LM105 since the cost is so much higher than 106

I never said what Apple would or wouldn’t use. PayMe asked where Apple could get LM105 when it is discontinued, and I said Apple could obtain it from anyone they want based on the MTA. Whether they will or won’t, I offered no opinion.

Seeing as how Eontec has said that 106c is protected using trade secrets and assuming those secrets are effective, Apple might use LM105 if they can procure it cheaper than what Eontec will sell them 106C.
