Don't know but, McConnell's stance on the HEMP dealings with the FDA put a crack in thinking that he is against the SAFE Banking ACT.

Republicans were virtually split, with 91 voting for the legislation and 102 opposing it.

McConnell has a constituency in his own party in favor of the SAFE Banking Act.

The first inkling of its Senate passage will be if it is even put on the docket.

We will have to wait and see.
