Thanks Doc. This makes the extension data all the more important. I guess this is where they get an indirect sneak peak as to how patients responded.

Yes, of course there are issues since all the patients know they are now receiving the drug, but getting a baseline measurement and then giving them the drug is indeed helpful on many levels.

I would imagine information from the extension trials were the main driving factor in expanding the Rett and PDD even though we haven't officially heard about the PDD extension.

I'm assuming there is one because of the ethical and compassionate concerns of not allowing the patient to continue or get the drug. I think if nothing else, it's a pretty crappy thing to do to a hopeful volunteer.

Missling has always been data driven as anyone in this field should be. The confirmatory signals are piling up!
