People have missed the significance of the vote in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Passage is not a slam dunk.

290 members are needed to pass it.

They have 206 cosponsors.

Right now the bill is 84 votes short.

If it doesn't pass, the sell off will accelerate.

If it passes, it still has to pass through the Senate, but Mitch McConnell wants to get it done for the Hemp farmers in Kentucky.

If the House passes it tomorrow, expect a broad sector surge.
