No the audit isn't independent because its only in the 8k!

Several things in the 8k are extremely positive, but that doesn't mean they are true.

Independent validation is what is missing, and is what is needed, given the questionable history of NGEN. Surely everybody understands that by now.

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
