Finding new CEO has been in multiple PRs historically. Not sure if any of that is in 8-k filings or noted in 10-k..

Bottom line; the need for new leadership to navigate clinicals and certainly to run Diabetes Relief as a public entity is acknowledged. Expect new management in BOD in the future as I don’t think Equine would buy in hoping to make it big in the supplement industry...

Merger and Clinicals will be forthcoming, IMO
