I think it has been acknowledged by company in filings the search for new leadership with clinical trial experience. Obviously, DR would bring along management and BOD per LOI and all the shareholder BOD nominating process notation in the Pre 14A would seem pointless if they were not planning on bringing them along. Feels like Atwood or Equine rep could be on BOD..
