Hey, we did, and have, THREE times! Even had it privately appraised mid way and found out our initial listing was UNDER that appraisal...
Our place is in that price range above $250K and it's hard to get traction in the "Millennial" mindset at that price. They prefer "new" even if smaller and cheap quality... (that came from more than one broker too btw)
But your point is well taken- we HAVE to meet the market wherever that price is.... but this is the worst time to try and sell. We may eat it for this Winter and put it back out in the Spring with another drop... we'll see
