US LQMT is only one of many entities underneath Liquidmetal HK Ltd.

This is no different than Lugee LI (Hong Kong'er) owns 99% of Eon Industry which now owns 22% of China Eontec

China Eontec is only one of many entities underneath Eon industry.

In spirit, that’s “good enough” for me to use the word “subsidiary”

We can all begin to pick on Chinese language translated via Indian/Russian run US Google.

I am sure Investopedia will have a different definition of “subsidiary” when compared to a US google translated version.
