NO WAY they stick, there is nothing there. Worse than all that, both plaintiffs so far publicly known ACTUALLY BOUGHT SHARES after the release of the oracle/nfusz agreement.

The whole basis of the frivolous suit was based on the release of that 8k and the original Jan. 3 8k. Seriously, if your gonna sue, you may want to NOT HAVE PROFITS and BOUGHT MORE after the date of that 8k contract.
