I see no lawsuits sticking - because they have no merit.

- If you traded VERB and made any money - you’re out.
- If you bought low and sold high your out.
- If you haven’t sold your shares, your out.
- Attorneys get 33%, so how much do you think needs to be lost in order for attorneys to buck up and proceed? I’d say millions at least and I don’t see that happening now or in the near future.
- Anybody here lose anything? If so, step forward and tell us how much you lost.
