Why did he get into DCGD? He could have bought 56% of RLBY for that at its last closing price. And have 280,000,000 unissued shares to use for merge ins. It's a clean shell. There's lots of others at dealstream. And yes, They have 100% control of DCGD. But will hold only 56% of any assets.

It's nice to have a lot of horsepower in the engine room but you need some in the wheelhouse too.
