Agreed. With profits of 5¢ - 10¢ because of natural growth, new extensions, lowering the cost of goods by using KAD distilled product, and more loss carry-forwards, ROX would have been selling north of $1 in 12 months and worth much more in a takeover.

I'm not sure why mgmt gave up on themselves?

I wonder what's going to happen to Trey, the Gosling family, and Steve at KAD.

I sold some shares for $1.27 and others at $1.26. I'm out and already putting the money to good use.

If someone comes forward raising the price, it has to be by a lot because of the $10 million poison pill.

I doubt another offer is forthcoming.

If the deal blows up because of a lawsuit, the PPS will collapse, and I will swoop right back in as a buyer.
