Hey Guys,
Congratulations on our sort of takeover. I ended up making about .50/sh on 35,000 shares. I was disappointed with the takeover price as were quite a few legal minds.
If they end up raising the offer price (which I doubt), can only the shares that have not been sold get the extra money.
Is there any upside to waiting for the tender offer to end and have them pay us rather than just sell and pay a small commission.
Great talking to you guys over the years. This was a bad takeover price. We could have done better than that if we just stayed as ROX for the next year.
