Duffy moved from being a small fish in a big pond, to a big fish in a small pond. His personal choice.

I expect him to be the point man at NWBO for working with institutions and other parties to set up trials. Both ISTs (where the the other party runs it) and collaborative deals. He also has the skill set to work the science presentations if Dr Bosch allows that job to slide to him.

He might be good, I am not making any negative comments about him.

I doubt he has anything to do with regulatory or mergers or such.
