$86 Million can buy you a lot. Very True.

But if the $86 Million of proceeds is being used to fund operations - then that is a problem.

$86 Million can buy another acquisition without diluting - but they already owned TGOD (which I thought was a good acquisition to begin with).

So there must be more to this TGOD Sale then they are telling us.

I am not buying the "We sold TGOD because we didn't have the time" story.
