IMO, Rhee companies ineptly run, or scams

After performing some DD yesterday and Friday, I think that I can reasonably opine that companies run by Clifford Rhee are either extremely badly run or are scams, because no matter how astronomical the supposed revenues, once Rhee leaves, and he always does, they quickly collapse.

Maybe it's because the "factories" are in South Korea or Asia and the US-based members of the BOD and other officers aren't able to keep them running. Or maybe it's because they are scams located far away, and it's hard to verify that the factories are as stated and that sales actually exist.

I'm not sure yet which it is, but I'm leaning towards scam.

I don't want to put my DD out there just yet, because I want to see the reverse merger with LIBE happen, so that Conway will be gone.

I think that LIBE will then fold up within a year.

Kind-of reminds me of some of the scam Chinese RMs, usually involving energy companies, from a few years ago.
