I believe they are still recruiting the 15 patients age 18 - 45 per the protocol on clinicaltrials.gov.

Missling answered Tom Bishop’s question on the CC, that yes total 6 + 15 = 21.

Anavex does not yet as far as I know have go ahead for the larger trial in children with Rett, which Missling also confirmed is still the next part of Rett plan.
