Latest updates:

1. Large investments to be finalized by the end of September. $25M in Korea with a matching investment $25M in U.S. $5 usd per share for a total of 10M shares. (6000 won per share, which is 12 times the face value 500 won)

2. Nearly 90% of the shares have been received for exchange, and about 10% of the remaining shares have not been requested for exchange. People will receive new shares before Chuseok (Korean Thanksgiving Day - September 13, 2019)

3. U.S. stocks are expected to be listed (OTCQB) in mid-October.

4. 6 months restriction period on the exchanged shares (60M shares) will end in April, 2020.
