There were so many obvious red flags and completely FALSE statements made by the company, that anyone who uses their current statements as "proof" of something is clearly delusional.

Regarding your quote about me being delusional for believing NNVC is telling the truth about 'cide production, IMO, anyone who pretends to be something he/she/they isn't for "fun" (i.e. fake cheerleading and other shenanigans) and admits to "intentional misdirection" and making things up is delusional and unreliable, psychopathic really, but to each his/her/their own. It's really impossible to judge without being in another's shoes.

Biotech is filled with delays and drugs that never make it, despite the best intentions of the drug developers. NNVC is just about the most extreme example of delays compared to "forward-looking" statements, without any real good explanations for why they were delayed. I believe management communication has been horrific and of questionable veracity (but with no proof of bold lies). Management has little credibility and appears to be of questionable moral character - agreed (at this stage).

As we've said over and over again here, the "up and up" and simplest explanation for the delays is that they had trouble making the 'cides reliably (and cost effectively?), and they never quite fully fessed up to that difficulty. Now they say they have made kg scale batches and have overcome that hurdle.

Rumor has it that "inside sources" reveal that NNVC is lying about that scale-up, and that reliable production of kg scale batches is impossible because of "the laws of physics." Same rumor had it that Diwan and Seymour hatched a scheme to defraud investors after a chance meeting on an airplane many years ago. Some even claim to have "been there" when the scheme was hatched.

The problem with all the rumors is that they are impossible to
verify, and from an unreliable source. Furthermore, surely if those with knowledge of crime have a conscience and claim to want to save investors from a scam, he/she/they would discourage and report such criminals, no? Unless one is complicit and benefits from rumored crime, that is, hypothetically speaking - would be one reason not to do so.

So, nothing has changed here regarding the usual commentary.

I'm wondering if we will ever know the truth about it all.

If NNVC is able to secure more funding to finally start trials, it will be tough for existing shareholders at these low prices (even if it's completely necessary for company success). If they can't, it's game over.

Best of luck and best wishes to all that have to make tough choices and live with them. Time will tell. Or maybe the courts?
