$200 bucks for wine in a fast food gaming atmosphere???? now that is sinfully wasteful. there is no excuse for that kind of frivolity. think how many beers that could have been for brig? ;)
as for the menu variations, it would seem illogical to think that they haven't worked that into the menu. that spam breakfast is a good example. small variations are a no brainer. however larger variations are more difficult and would require indiginous personel to create.
here in 'chicauga' it is a simple software fix to electronically lock out the catchup option on hotdogs but the rework required on those california pizzas is economically prohibitive. it would take a complete teardown and rebuild to be acceptable here.
but....before i'm accused of geo, ethno, or any other centricity, let me say that i have had california, hawaii, phillipine, indonesia, italian, german, bulgarian, ukrain, turk, greek, croatian, british, norwegian (i think that's all) pizza and appriciate all the variations even though some don't even resemble what i am accustomed to. but california pizza would work only as a novelty here.
