The FDIC did settle the PA&A with JPM in 2012 so they state. However if that is correct they would have to also settle the value of BOOK Value of the assets ;isted in the PA&A and not for the 1.89. then again they do make their own laws. I also think that someone should not release the FDIC, but who carries that Kosturous the absent minded professor...
