EXTENSIVE DD: OCTOBER FDA APPROVAL OF CBD ISOLATE

Dr. Scott Gottlieb is the CBD Legalization Whisperer

If anybody wants to know why CANB is a great stock to own before the FDA announces the federal legalization of CBD Isolate in dietary supplements, all one has to do is a little bit of reading

Before we talk about the different formulations, please understand that Hemp contains many different cannabinoids

Some say 50, others say 75, 100 or even 150+

We are only going to talk about the top 5 cannabinoids that show up in laboratory tests of hemp:

CBD

THC

CBG/CBN/CBC


Now, getting back to the most important topic of all — CBD formulations

A company has 3 basic options when it manufactures products containing CBD


1ST OPTION: “CBD” OR “CBD ISOLATE” — 1 CANNABINOID

CBD is CBD, right

Isolate meaning the CBD is isolated, it is all alone

There is CBD and nothing else

Purified CBD

You can take CBD isolate and dilute it down using any solvent

A variety of different oils and fluids are typically used as solvents


2ND OPTION: “FULL SPECTRUM CBD” OR “FULL SPECTRUM HEMP EXTRACT” — 5 CANNABINOIDS

This is CBD + THC + CBG/CBN/CBC

There is no isolation or purification of the CBD here

CBD exists in its native form alongside 4 other cannabinoids (there are many more cannabinoids actually present, these are just the top 5 by concentration)

A variety of different oils and fluids are typically used as solvents

CBD Isolate is often added in to increase the concentration of CBD in the solvent


3RD OPTION: “BROAD SPECTRUM CBD” — 4 CANNABINOIDS

This is CBD + CBG/CBN/CBC

The THC has been removed

In order to make this formulation, CBD is first isolated from everything else

After the THC has been removed, the CBD Isolate is then mixed back in with CBG/CBN/CBC

A variety of different oils and fluids are typically used as solvents
