Disagree though this may be proprietary in nature like Apple, Amazon etc.. Costello is having to negotiate a precarious tightrope of Federal law regarding all things cannabis in order to plant this flag, he has basically found some loopholes (with some highly skilled SEC attorney(s)) to navigate the terrain for this play. This could prove brilliant. If one is trying to sustain the negative "burden of proof" argument verse Costello's integrity, It would be prudent to make certain you are 100% unequivocally correct or it may prove to be disappointing...
