Aha! The obligatory comparison to Apple, every scam OTC stock has to do that. Toss in Amazon and Microsoft, maybe Netflix, FB, and Google, and it'll be a clean sweep.

Those companies started off with private investment, venture capital, and it was easy for them to get that because they had a good idea. They weren't stinky pinks, ever, nor would their officers ever even think about merging into a dead shell with half its equity issued and outstanding.
