Well you certainly never lived by
the water. A boat has nothing to do with it. You don't have to have any education at all. All you have to do is look at the high tide mark and then the low tide mark. If after 71 years of having a place on Cape Cod and it never changed I'm pretty sure the ocean hasn't risen. In addition I can tell you all destroyers and Cruisers record the depth of the ocean and much much more. We were doing that 50 years ago. I don't know were that info was sent but we weren't doing it for nothing.
