I don't understand where you get your information.
The prosperity in America is the highest it's ever been. Employment is especially high for everyone including minorities. People on food stamps has fallen along with government help. I have several friends that own their own companies, small business, and can't get help. According to them everyone who want's a job has one.
What is the signpost you think is coming? The tariffs Trump is imposing mainly affect China. American companies have plenty of cash on hand. Chinese companies don't deal in dollars they deal in Yuan so will be hurt bad. Some foreign countries might be affected that deal in dollars like Brazil but its unlikely or won't last IMO. Your doom and gloom doesn't exist.
