LOL, I call them Southwurst, how many times have their 737s slide off the runway at Burbank, CA onto North Hollywood Way plowing through the fence? It has been a couple times, maybe they couldn't wait for a chop at the Daily Grill, which I have held quite a few meetings there. Don't like jets parking outside.

Just like how many small jets end up in the river after landing at LaGuardia, maybe they couldn't wait to get to Rikers to see their penny stock broker. They all were what I call US Scare, they are gone now, I think American bot them.

If not mistaken, Hawaiian has a no crash history and flies A330 double aisle jumbo, not a cigar tube like Southwurst, Hawaiian rid themselves of the archaic 767s.

As far as Fairmont, dear spouse stayed at the one in San Jose, but convinced B-Partner to pay for it. I didn't go. I have stayed at the one Santa Monica for a getta way from home weekend. The one in Banff is on my bucket list. Fairmont on Nob Hill in SFO

I post on 100s of threads, but get abused on the HHSE thread and I cannot get any assistance from admin. So I quit the paid program. No PMs until Friday. But I will be in DC on Sept. 25 when I get back from Rome. I have created a digital file on HHSE, it will be out of my hands after that.

Four Seasons? Weve stayed at the Tented Camp in Chiang Rai, but that for a reason. We stayed at the one in Bangkok and the one in Aviara, Carlsbad. I think it is a Park Hyatt now.

Stayed at the Ritz in Battery Park for a weekend getaway, Marina Del Ray, well actually lived there for a few months, Laguna Beach in the OC, Pasadena, CA the Ritz Huntington Hotel, I think it is a Langham now, stated at the Langham in Boston. Peninsula in Beverly Hills, I actually lived there too for a bit, Peninsula in Midtown Manhattan, love the roof top bar, as well as the Peninsula in Bangkok. I can go on and on.

But I really am a Hilton or Hilton Garden Inn person. Every once in a while a Marriott brand. Back in the day dear daughters played club soccer all over the country in nasty towns like Bakersfield or Tulare or Pleasanton east of SFO and there are no Fairmonts or Ritz Carltons there, not even a Hilton, so we racked up a lot of points at Hilton Garden Inns.
