Simply put i was one of the earlier posters, i was positive
on the stock primarily due to inexperience, i called the sec
and they returned my call.

as far as filing documents, they do have some cash from early
sales of stock imho and from winding down the auto loan
business,

fact is company is
1.) has a dilutive board
2.) they over pay themselves

the firemen's fund web is not a emarketing site, you many
get a pop, u'll tripple your money heave a sigh of relief
and move on,

blame it on the pr firm, thats crap, they had plans to cash
in nicely too, boo hoo for them the lousy pos's

i will be back im keeping an eye on this stock i think one
account has a few thousand worthless shares of this pos
ive written it off, i could be wrong but i seriously doubt it
