You got a call from the SEC involving this company??? You wouldn't care to produce some proof of that would you? I mean why would they call you and not me, or for that matter 10 other shareholders, all of whom I guarantee own more shares then you had. Although, someone did have to complain to start the action, maybe it was you. However, I doubt it as they were a year behind in their filings and were doing some heavy PR, and this was reported to be the reason for the SEC to become involved. The fact is that the investigation was hardly about "pump and dump" and the company and the management were both completely exonerated from ANY wrongdoing. They did make the nearly fatal mistake of hiring an inexperienced IR firm who preceded to promote the company's technology and relationships while they were delinquent with their filings. This was a lesson very hard learned. The SEC action stopped the company in its tracks and caused an enormous financial and human effort to the "right the ship" and then get it back on course. You must give them credit for this and at least sit back wait to see what was motivating them to get back into the arena. I don't think you'll have to wait too long for the answer.
