Spoke to IR tonight, yes Gary is selling his home office due to a) his wife passing b) not needing the size of property for a home office contrary to where the new mgnt is doing the day to day and 3) he is relocating to spend more time with his family as well.

IR said the team is working with financial structure specialists for the roll out under Trump incentive programs. Stay tuned
