Always thought that a sale of this company was always AW's desire. Don't think he thought it would ever take this long for FDA to clear. That FDA delay kind of derailed all plans and progress for that. IMO he took total advantage of that delay with his loan arrangement. Was the loan arrangement his main priority in all this or has it been magnified to the point ($) it is now, due to that FDA delay? For whatever reason, he and his family have taken personal advantage of the delay with their 50% discounted price shares for loaning money to company. Was his fiduciary duty to the stockholders breached with this personal deal? Is selling the company still a priority in his aging years. Good question. With his daughter waiting in the wings for possibly taking this over with all those shares accumulated from family loans, maybe not. Will this new group's plan trying to ouster our CEO be more stockholder friendly than the family?
