Exactly right. Only a reverse split and updated audited financials can even remotely begin the impossible fantasy of NASDAQ. Proof that desperate folks latch on to the outrageous in hopes of the impossible. ARYC CAVEAT EMPTOR JUNK. Fool me 999 times shame on me?
