Don’t you find that the least bit odd that he claims to be following “NASDAQ PREPARATION GUIDELINES” when for YEARS now he hasn’t followed SEC regulations by filing audited financials?
WOW is allI can say. He has put everyone of the shareholders here at risk of losing their entire investment by being so delinquent. And he has the balls to carry on making comments about following NASDAQ guidelines! WOW.
