I believe the ruling will be that the patents are too broad and the claims are unpatentable. Just as the VirnetX patent claims were deemed unpatentable and invalidated.

UOIP is a non-practicing entity - a patent troll - they attempt to extort money from smaller companies that can't afford to defend the complaint.

UOIP - They are led by lawyers, not scientists, engineers or technology business executives.

They offer nothing of value to society.

Plus, Delaware is much more corporate friendly than the Eastern District of Texas as is the 3rd Circuit.
