Do you know what conclusion I got?
Just the first page, there were 16 nonprecedential and only 4 precedential,
and Chanbond vs Cisco was nonprecedeential. There were last least 100 pages,( I guess), once the patents were affirmed by PTAB, the appeal judges just
follow PTAB direction. I bet the successful reversal may be less than 1%.
It is very, very,very hard to win, so UOIP have 2 and 1/2 patents were affirmed by such agency, PTAB, we are in good hands, Do you folks understand what I am
saying? One smart folk mentioned here, you only need one bullet to kill a
person, but UOIP has 2 and 1/2 at least, right?
Anyone care to comment about it?
