The "Same manufacturer"... which one...

Yazie had TWO manufacturers he DID NOT pay...

resulting in one judgment and one settlement

...the settlement is for TWICE the amount that was owed originally. Swell

BUT no worries... Yazie/MYDX isn't going to actually going to pay the settlement...

just like he isn't going to pay the judgment...
